To set up a new order pad in Prima, click New Record > Order Pad and search for the company you want to set the order pad up for, then fill in a reference in the box at the bottom of the screen. Click Create once this has been done.

On the next screen, to add items to the order pad click to create a new record where you can then add in the item code then specify the pack size, quantity and cost center for the order pad to be charged to.

If you need to add more items, click the blue Add New button.

Once you have added the lines you need for the order pad, click Schedule Order at the top of the screen. When the box comes up, click new then add a description to identify the schedule. Once this is done, click save.

You then need to click Add Schedule to specify when you want it to run at. This will allow to you choose the frequency, days and times for the order pad.
