To search for a contact go to Company on the left hand side and select Contacts from the drop down list. 

Type in the company name to which the contact belongs to in the search box and hit enter on your keyboard. 

*TIP- If you click on the colored bar at the top of the grid lookup, you can enter specific requirements which allows you perform a more precise search. 

A grid view of the company’s contacts will appear. 

If the contact does not appear, double-click one of the existing contacts from the grid view of contacts, once selected the contact details will appear on the screen. In order to create a new contact go to the top of the screen and select the New icon.  

*You can also create a new contact from the company record by double clicking into an existing contact and selecting the new icon.

 

From here you can enter the details of the new contact including: 

  • Contact name 
  • Salutation 
  • Position  
  • Contact location 
  • Tick if contact is primary/ financial contact (financial contact's email is where invoices are sent, can only have one of each) 
  • Delivery information 
  • Contact details  

To save the contact press the Save icon.
