For a company to export to evolution it must meet the following criteria:
- The company must not have a financial trading status of On Hold
Must have the customer marker ticked but this can be Customer & Supplier or Customer & Prospect.
Primary contact must be web-enabled. In Order for this to be web enabled you must enter the Username and Password on the web access tab in order for the web enabled to stay selected
Check the company name also no ampersands or special characters in the company name or in the location address fields as these are not allowed in the XML files.
Locations must have a web enabled contact to export
Have at least one line on the contract for the company
Company must have a Modified date of today in order to be exported that evening.
For live pricing to work, all contact emails and also location emails must be unique for the company. Otherwise RSP is returned.
If a company is not sent, it will not appear in contract price XML either.
