CX Commerce (Commerce Exchange) give their clients the option to include XML file attachments on the order notification email, which allows the facility to import details of the order into a back-end system.
The XML file can be imported in to Prima, and the following information will be imported:
- Customer Order Ref
- Cost Centre
- Item
- Quantity
- Price
- Address (matched to existing address using address line 1 and post code)
No upload of information from Prima to CX Commerce is currently offered.
If the account code cannot be found the order will be generated against the cash sale account. If the address cannot be found one will be created.
