Magento orders can be imported in to Prima via the industry standard OPXML file. Sales orders from Magento will import in to Prima with the following information:
- Customer Order Ref
- Cost Centre
- Item
- Quantity
- Price
- Address (matched to existing address using address line 1 and post code)
If the account code cannot be found the order will be generated against the cash sale account. If the address cannot be found one will be created.
