This allows you to put sales credits back to outstanding, if they have been posted to your financial system already.
Prima > Settings > Maintenance > Sales Credit - Move back to outstanding
Tick this option
Search for your Sales Credit Number
Click Change Sales Credit Status
When you click this you will get a prompt before confirming the change reminding you to delete the credit out of your financial system first
The credit will now show in prima as outstanding
