If you wish to change the status of a Sales Credit to posted manually (without it posting across to your financial system)
Prima > Settings > Maintenance > Sales Credit - Move to Posted
Search for your Sales Credit Number
Click Change Sales Credit status
You will see a prompt saying the following 'Please confirm OK to proceed. Proceed only when you have confirmed the sales credit has been posted to QuickBooks
