It means that the stock code is not linked to one of your Publications in Prima. 

This can be caused by a user creating a new stock code manually, and not doing so through the item in the Publication itself properly. 

The best way to manage this scenario is: 

  • Change the Stock code reference by inserting DIS before the code, save this then Discontinue the product. 
  • Once this is done go to Publications > Catalogs
  • Highlight the relevant catalog and double click to load the lines
  • Search for the relevant code and double click to open Item Details

You can then click the Make Product button to link the stock record correctly to the catalog item.
