Go to Stock -> Products
Use search filters to select the Product(s) you want to check
Double-click on a Product in the Grid to open the Product Record
Click on the Product Units/Pricing tab, you will see 2 fields Prev. Date and Prev. Information at the bottom
Prev. Date is when the last change was made
Prev. Information displays how the change was made
