Publication Grid Manager

The Publication Grid Manager can be used to update various pricing such updating selling/ RSP prices, update discount bands and adding items en masse to a specific mailer and allowing/ disallowing products on the web.

  1. Go to Publications
  2. Click Publication Grid Manager
  3. Select the Catalog Name from the drop down
  4. You can view the results if you wish in the Results tab
  5. Click into Change tab and select the relevant option from below and click Apply


  • Update Tax Code to
  • Update Pricing Band to
  • Update RSP to
  • Update Selling Price to
  • Update Cost Price as a % discount from the Trade Price
  • Add Items to this Mailer
  • Update Classifications/ Groups and Subgroups
  • Allow on Web
  • Disallow on Web
  • Update Linked Prod Code, Desc, Image, Pack Size
  • Set RSP Equal to Selling Price
