Go into the Publications module and Publication Grid Manager
Select the Catalog Name from the drop down list
Click Search
In the Results tab, remove any items you don't want adding to the mailer by highlighting them and clicking Remove Selected Records
In the Change tab, tick Add Items To This Mailer
Select the Mailer Name from the drop down
Click Apply
