- Creating Callout
- Navigate to FSM > CRS Logs
- Click New Call Log – Right hand side
- Enter customer account code/customer name and search
- Choose relevant contract line from list and Create
- Enter CRS Details (as required)
- Enter Subject
- Enter Info
- Assign Engineer
- Assign Group
- If no parts required
Go to Report tab and email report copy to Engineer of the job (make sure to put in the engineer email)
- If Parts/Charges required
- Click on Parts & Charges tab
- Click New at bottom to add a new part, add pricing info to the line
- Do NOT tick as chargeable.
