• Creating Callout
  • Navigate to FSM > CRS Logs
  • Click New Call Log – Right hand side
  • Enter customer account code/customer name and search
  • Choose relevant contract line from list and Create
  • Enter CRS Details (as required)
  • Enter Subject
  • Enter Info
  • Assign Engineer
  • Assign Group
  • If no parts required


Go to Report tab and email report copy to Engineer of the job (make sure to put in the engineer email)


  • If Parts/Charges required 
  • Click on Parts & Charges tab
  • Click New at bottom to add a new part, add pricing info to the line
  • Do NOT tick as chargeable.
