Updating Items to Tax exempt status after importing Print

To update new catalog items to tax exempt, eg tea and coffee items

Go to Publications > Publications grid manager

Select the vendor you want to update from catalog name drop-down
Select the applicable attribute group from the drop-down (in this case catering#beverages)
Click Search

Go to the Results tab
Highlight/right click to Remove all items that are not tax exempt
Go to the Change tab
Check update tax code to box
Select exempt transactions from drop-down
Click Apply
