Amending cost prices on an order line
- If the PO has not been receipted in yet, edit within the PO line details (if it is on pre-book you can delete the lines off the receipt note, change the PO and build the receipt again)
- Once the receipt has been completed, you can edit the cost in the stock product>balances>batch records
- If the related sales order has not been delivered yet, it will write the cost price back from the PO or batch price. If it has been dispatched, you can change the sales cost price in Settings (cog icon) and Maintenance if you have the permissions.
