- Quotes on the web can now be created from the back office and then pushed to the web for the contact on that quote. The Prima users sets a quote to 'Web Quote' and the status 'Web Quote Status' moves to pending - when complete set to 'Requires Customer Approval' and an email is sent to the user and the quote can be seen on that 'users' login as a quote basket. If user doesn't have an account, it is created automatically. Quotes on web can be confirmed, rejected or request a requote, in each case a reason for rejection or requote must be provided in the popup. The quote in Prima would then be updated and the notes appended in the quote header. The quote is then set to the required status in Prima e.g. 'Requires Dealer Approval'. These statuses can be filter on and saved in the dashboard.
