Admin:
- A new feature has been added to administration so that QB users can 'get a new token' when existing token expires. This should be a rare event.
- SPR pickup of monthly price files electronically from SPR ftp location. This file is made available once per month.
- The EDC will no longer set the Export Status of Sales Credits, Sales Invoices, Purchase Credits, or Purchase Invoices to Unknown if the error is a Lost Token. This allows for ease of reupload because the EDC will automatically post again once a new token has been acquired.
- The EDC will now skip over a payment completion if it is unable to retrieve the payment status.
- Made integration for EDI with Supplies Network
- US only - Logicblock export: new scheduled task to send sales order status and shipping information including tracking when available by Logicblock order number. Always sends last 7 days information - Logicblock will only update changes from this file.
- Wrong format files put into external will now be moved to 'bad' and not bloat the database.
- When the EDC posts an invoice or an invoice is posted manually that has no lines - the items will not post to QB BUT WILL move to POSTED in Prima.
- System key default N (as now with @) but if Y the company will be given next company number (next available full number e.g.3456) the account number will also be 'immediately' put in the financial sales and supplier fields. (so if customer C or supplier S will immediately to financial system).
Company:
- Company, Customer tab: added 2 new fields against company on the customer tab:
1. 'Send email on web order' Y/N - default N
2. Use Location when sending PO's Y/N - default N. The second key can be used to set cash sales to Y and this will send the 'location 0' on the purchase order. Note: Admin system key on 2 also needs setting in sales. Note: these fields are NOT USED YET IN FRONT END
SOP:
- Sales orders that are partially invoiced can no longer be set as externally paid.
- Source of Order - this was not bringing back the catalogue name when a catalogue only item was selected in a sales order or quote.
- Essendant ASN's updated to populate freight and carrier.
POP:
- Electronic Purchase orders with split stock and sales lines. Stock lines now also get added to the 'prebook' receipt (before stock lines needed to be checked in manually).
- Link from purchase order to sales order line has now been fixed (used to go to the 1st line in the sales order). Requirements now goes to the correct sales order line too.
Stock:
- Shared Stock Products: Products that are alternatives can now be made 'shared' alternatives. This means the stock from the alternative items will 'automatically' be moved to the item being sold WHEN it is OUT OF STOCK. You can also use this within conditional and system alternatives. Auto-allocation of stock manually in requirements or in the product will also use these shared alternatives.
- On Price Check and all Product Searches, Prima will now jump to the Product in Prima, or to the priority catalogue item if the product has not yet been created. In stock checking you can now select a catalogue item and 'on save' - the product will be auto-created.
- Stock Reordering now only shows for your current depot.
- Product Units tab now has a field for Product Weighting 0-9. 0 is standard 9 is highest additional weighting. Note this will be used in next main webstore release and is not used in current store.
- Stock Check - update so you don't have to select available lines to start a stock take. When you are in stock take you can add extra lines (new add lines button). Can also now add catalogue items and save will create the item as a product.
Movements:
- POD - Added the functionality to view individual lines on the dispatch note. if the system keys on the user (in Prima administration), then the driver will be able to delete lines / part lines and complete the dispatch note on the POD app. This in turn removes the item ready for return to supplier or stock in Prima.
- Dispatch Notes and Sales Invoices now have a Journal entry with the name of who completed them and when.
Invoice:
- Payment status and Date modified or fully paid is now available on the invoice header. (there is also a payment status in the grid e.g. outstanding or paid for cloud systems that support this feature.
Reports:
- New 'Sales invoices and credits with tax' report - give invoice and credit information at header (not lines) level with tax information. For US four extra columns can be added to show break down of AST.
Web:
- The Webstore show an item 'Out of stock' also will prevent a customer from purchasing an item if it is marked as out of stock and 'Don't allow purchase when OOS'. To enable this a new field on the product record. Marked 'Out of Stock' - the lowest supplier lead time can then also be used to show when expected back in.
Report Designer:
- Invoice with back order information: report updated to show values on the invoice AND back order information but in gray as default (not black). Lowest invoice number for a sales order (if more than one) will have information about lines that are 'not' on that invoice i.e. all in back order.

Admin:
- Order confirmation emails will now also go to the Account Manager of the company that placed the order, in addition to the Salesperson.
- If an email has an attachment with no name. A default name is now created.
POP:
- Added the ability to allocate Split Packs in the Product Requirement line.
FSM:
- Updating a support contract line can now have a serial number attached even if no stock product is linked
Web:
- Customer Reference Prefix and Format will force web user to use same format as required in back office when placing orders on Webstore.
- Shipping location now shows on the Web Invoice under Invoice Details.
- Added the ability for Approvers to add lines to an order that they are approving.
