Favorite list/non shared order pad - This pad is designed for individual users or shared customer-managed shopping lists.


Standard/Shared list – All company users will see this list by default. Users can manage and edit this list. It can be restricted to be viewed by certain users in a company and you have the option of restricting each user individually from editing it. This pad is designed for company shopping lists of frequently or previously purchased items. Could be used by customers as a company wishlist if multiple users want to add to it.


Dealer orderpad – This is created by the dealer from inside the Prima client and can’t be edited by the user. This orderpad should be able to have items that are ‘not on the web’ like a contract and can make some items available to an individual company and no one else. Dealer Pads are best used in the same way as Contracts such as when a customer needs to have a preapproved list of products to choose from and nothing else available on the web. This pad works like a contract in that you can restrict a user to see only items from Contracts, Orderpads, and NOT standard catalogues, but placing items on an orderpad instead of a contract will not lock them into a contract price. This pad also works well with customers that have items specific to them that are not visible to the rest of the customers using your site.
