Once you have your orderpad set up for one customer in SOP>Orderpads, you can also copy this orderpad to several other customers.
1. Go to Company Grid Manager, filter on the types of customers you want to add the orderpad to, eg Business Group or other classification:
2. In the results tab highlight the ones you DO NOTÂ want to update and click the 'Remove Selected Records' button at the bottom so you are only left with the companies that you DO want to update in the list
3. In the change tab, tick and select the orderpad you wish to copy and click 'Apply'. The companies that were in the result tab will now have that orderpad against them - the orderpad name will be the same but with their account code in brackets.
