The dashboard can be configured to show only what you want and in whichever order of priority you set.
Follow these steps to customize your dashboard:
1. Click organize tiles from within the Dashboard module
2. Select a line that you want to appear in the Dashboard (All emails, Outstanding Sales Orders, etc.)
3. Check "Show in Dashboard"
4. Set Priority order 1-13 (this is the order of priority that the selections will appear in the Dashboard)
5. Check "Show on zero value if you want the items to still show if there is nothing outstanding in that category
6. Click save to add another category to the Dashboard, click save and close to view the Dashboard
