It is now possible to import certain SPR and Essendant matrices (price plans) through the mailer page in Prima. Here’s how:
1. Navigate to Publications > Mailers > click the mouse on the mailer name field > click ‘New’ at the top left or the blue + at the bottom right
2. A blank mailer is needed, so fill in a name for the mailer (the name can be changed later) and set a start and end date. Then click save.
3. Once saved, click on your existing mailer and the ‘Price Plan’ and ‘Price Type’ field should appear. Use these fields to select the specific price plans needed. Finally, once both fields are filled, click the ‘Import Price Plan’ button to import the price plan onto your database. This may take several minutes.
