Admin/General
- Preauthorization payments. Payments from web and on sales order now store the payment information and tokens and reference in a new payments table. This is for web and back office, external orders, sales orders and invoices. Multiple payment attempts can now also be made with references. Expired payments can be replaced with a 'forced payment' up to 35 days from CC authorization.
- Multi-search improved in all places to allow partial and full post codes or phone numbers to be found on the string without having to put in a space or character e.g. +
- New system key - default N. To merge Internal reference e.g. Logicblock web order number with the customer reference on the purchase order (so can appear on shipping labels etc.) Also added Internal reference as a field to dispatch reports. DN can show merged field on dispatch notes.
- Updated Admin for special promotions to improve the intuitiveness when adding mailers to margin/disc bands.
Stock
- Stock transfer. This now works for all packs and splits and also 'auto-allocates' stock in the transferred depot when allocation exist - using oldest allocations first. The auto allocate on receipt system key needs to be set to Y.
- Stock checking: when a stock check is complete and the system key - -auto allocate items on receipt is set. -- then the stock items made available will be immediately allocated. Note - with this system key on stock check in requirements will auto allocate on completion of stock check (less clicks / confusion).
Companies/Contacts
- Contact Grid Manager Additions: 1. Has web account Y/N can be filtered and set. 2. Can update all contacts to email address as web account/login - when existing login blank. 3. Update Password to XXX. 4. Update payment type e.g. CC, Prepay. 5. Update Web access level. 6. Updated Restricted Shipping address. 7. Update mailing list / remove mailing list.
- External Orders: Previously there was a single Y/N option for authorize external orders, at location and at company level. This has been replaced by a four-way combo at location level (including company default) and now includes 'move external orders to outstanding sales order’. The default at location level is 'company default' so that all external orders are automated (or not) according to the company setting. Locations can be set to override the company setting. Note: a system key in external order must be set first to allow this to be used.
- New Company. All the required fields that company may want to make mandatory when creating a company OR set a default value for OR BOTH are now available in administration. This is for the company defaults AND the location defaults. Mandatory fields are marked yellow to make the company/location set up more intuitive and quicker to set up (easy to train).
- Two new options in contacts web tab. 1. allow the contact to update/add new addresses. 2. Restriction to order pads has been extended to include view other products outside order pads or not.
- Customer Offer now includes option to add mailers into the same offer. These can be mixed or done separately in administration.
SOP
- Sales Order Report: updated to have default BIN by DEPOT - as available field for the report.

- FATTMERCHANT: Add the facility to enter CC details for immediate or pre-auth payments from the sales orders (like SageUS). Next candidate is PayPal.
- List Price is added as available field in sales quotes and sales orders reports.
POP
- Purchase orders have been updated to show the sales order number for PWL and Direct. PWL will always be built to separate sales orders, unless added by buy more. Direct delivery can be consolidated if company system key (customer tab) is set to 'allow consolidation of direct deliveries’.
- EDI acknowledgements show DC's (distribution centers) for SPR - this has been added to EDI information on PO's and receipts.
- External Delivery Code has been added to the requirements Grid. External delivery code can be used to give information like account being used as well as delivery type for electronic orders e.g. 'HQ STD 25234245' (so signify depot delivery type and account code being used to purchase for that supplier/vendor). Set in delivery options in the supplier/vendor company tab.
- Purchase orders - extension tab now shows the line notes from the sales order (1st 100 characters of 1,000 possible).
- Changing required quantity on a stock requisition will now delete the quantity reduced.
Receipts
- Receipts Lookup. The Receiving Company and PO number is now in the grid for each receipt note. If more than one PO number shows 'multiple'.
- Receipts - New lookup filters: receiving company, SO number and SO delivery type e.g. direct - multi select.
- EDI acknowledgements show DC's (distribution centers) for SPR - this has been added to EDI information on PO's and receipts.
- EDI supplier / vendor information is now available on the receipt note line and available lines grid for receipts.
Dispatch & Manifest
- Instead of signing for delivery, we now also allow a photo to be taken and then store (same way as signature). Because of COVID, most vendors have started to require this option.
- Manifests: system key now exists to allow dispatch notes from multiple depots to be added to a single dispatch note and notes to be completed in one depot when the note exists in another depot. As default (system key N in manifests) the system will force users to change depots to complete notes etc.
- Depot and warehouse name added to manifest grid for clarity.
- Prima Cloud App on the PlayStore and it now has the 'Log Out' feature. When you Log out the License Product Key now remains and can be copy/pasted into this field.
- Auto printing improvement to make dispatch note batch that gets ‘autoprinted’ to be printed in 'van route order'.
- Export grid - this has been added to the manifest grid. Useful for companies using 3rd party tracking software.
- Manifest report has the sales order number added to available fields in the spread report.
- Sales order prices for information - now available on a dispatch note if required - can be saved per customer.
Invoicing
- When posting a sales invoice with no lines - the printed status will always move to printed. When printing an invoice with a total of zero value - then status will go to printed also (providing system key is at default Print zero value invoice Y) Dealers have option to unset this value and print invoices in batch that have lines but zero value. Stop blank invoices being sent out.
- An extra option for emailing individual sales invoice (and sales orders) per email. So now it can be consolidated - separate per email or just one per email - set in company>customer tab (and set Report system key in Admin to Y).
- Proof of delivery and number of parcels added as available fields to invoice reports.
Publications
- SPR pickup of monthly price files electronically from SPR ftp location. This file is made available once per month.
- Best price and terms files imports have been dramatically improved to only update the lines where the cost price has been updated. Any items that have had cost prices changes (usually few) will be triggered to the webstore (improving speed).
- Publications Grid Manager: when adding items to a mailer using this grid manager, it now uses the default 'sales unit' i.e. if split as default selling unit, use this and split price in the mailer as default.
- Mailers can now be stored centrally and can be mapped and imported / updated in a single click. Currently SPR and Essendant - but all dealers groups / wholesalers can be added.
- Mailer Grid Manager Allow items to be added to an order pad (not allowing duplicates).
Reporting
- Tax County now available in the spreadsheet tax report. Also added direct link to tax charged instead of calculation.
EPOS (Till)
- Till improvements. Tax now calculated at line level when applicable. This is updated to any company and displayed as Net of TAX and the sales order has the standard calculate tax at header level. Updating OWN company addresses in any depot will update any address linked for till/cash sales in all companies (an address is created, each time a sale in till is created so tax can be calculated on pickup Code has 'POS-' in front of standard code).
- Till: templated and consumable items can now be added to till and the description, selling price and cost price updated. Supplier/vendor description will show the templated invoice description including the activity report - which has been extended to show receipt number and sales order number.
- Templated items in till - now allow 0.00 selling price to be added and keep invoice description at all stages of the sales / return.
- Sales Credit Note: when returning items from the till that are templated, the invoice description and pricing are all 'carried' to the return note. This has now been updated to ‘update the sales credit note’ item description (instead of the default templated item description).
- Till invoices now show the trade customer delivery address on the form and parent invoice will be created if set.
