Essendant
Essendant Best Price Files are uploaded automatically every 3 hours from their ftp site when the EDC is running.
SP Richards
SP Best Price Files are uploaded automatically each month but from January 2022 they will be charging for this service. If you prefer to update them manually, you can download each contract from SP dealer services...
To download:
- Go to inventory and pricing and then choose PRICING FILE from the drop down (note if this option is not in the drop down, you will need to contact SP and sign up for this service for $50 a month - SPR will then make this area available on your login)
- Enter your account number and click 'go'
- Click 'get best price files' at the bottom
- Once downloaded it will be zipped so unzip the file first somewhere you can find but do not rename the file (account has to be at the beginning of the file)
To upload:
Go to your SP Richards Company in Prima, under the Supplier tab. Click on the Select File button to browse for the downloaded best price file, then click Upload File.
If you have several SPR accounts, upload all of the best price files for all accounts and upload your 'priority' account last.
Other Vendors
If you receive the cost prices for other vendors in Excel format, you can add these into our 'Terms Template', save as a csv and drop into the imports folder. You will then be able to apply the terms within Publications>Terms area
