The advertisement bar shows at the top of your webpage and it is very similar to the strap line. You can change the background, font color and whether it opens as a URL (You can set in the location dropdown whether the URL opens in the existing tab or a new tab). You can also determine whether the text scrolls across the advertisement bar.
To add an advertisement bar
Webstore Control Panel > Contents > Banners > Advertisement Bar
Add your desired text into the Advertisement Text box > Make sure the Show on Webstore box is ticked) > Click Save.
