Setting up dashboard tiles
In order to set up a dashboard tile you will need to firstly set filters as required for example ‘Status: Outstanding’ or ‘Created By: Oliver Rowles’
You can also click the red bar at the top for more filter options.
Once your filters are set as desired, right click on Dashboard Tile icon (3rd icon from top of the screen) > Edit Filter > Edit name as desired> Click OK.
This will set this as a dashboard tile and you can then click straight into this page from the dashboard.
User Filters
If you are usually looking for the same information in certain pages, you can apply filters to this page. In order to do this you would need to set filters as required> right click on the head icon ( second icon from top) >create new filter> edit name as required> Click OK. This will now set up a new user filter which will speed up the searching process.
Please note as soon as you set up the first filter this will be the default.
Selecting the cloud icon ( First from top) will revert these filters back so you are able to set a new filter, you are able to set up to three filters.
Once all filters have been set up these will display when right clicking on head icon (second icon from top).
Grid Layout
You can customise the layout for grids by dragging and dropping headings as required> right click in grid >select ‘Save settings’ > This layout will then be saved as the default.
