In version 6.2021.50 onwards of Prima, Web Users passwords are encrypted to protect customer's information.
In Company > Contacts > Web Access tab – passwords will be shown as asterisks, you will be able to overtype this, but you will not be able to see what the previous password was.
To allow you to still be able to log on to a customer’s user on the webstore to troubleshoot what problems they are having we have a new module on the dashboard called Live on Webstore. So to log in as a specific user you would click on the View Company Users Button > Select Company from Dropdown > the available web users will appear below in blue (if they are not web enabled they will show as grey). Click on the User you would like to trouble shoot the problem for and it will open the webstore automatically logged in as that user. So you can still log in however the password will be encrypted.
