If an item on a quote or sales order is not showing all the purchasing information, it is because the item has not been purchased before and has not been made into a stock product.
When the item is not linked to a stock product it is only showing the item details from that particular vendor catalog. Once it is linked to stock product, all relating supplier information for the equivalent items will be displayed in the quote or order from then on.
