  • Web Business Overview

This is a quick overview of the total sales, profit for webstore, total margin, and average sales per order. This will always default to a year from the day you're looking at it but you can always change that date range here. If you click on the web orders button, this will show you every web order in that time period

  • Top 5 Selling Products

This is going to rank the top five selling products on your webstore and in terms of Doller amount sales. It will also default to the one year back date and you can change the date range in the same way. You can also download this as a CSV file using the button. This will show a spreadsheet of the top 100 best-selling products, and it will also show the total sales and the quantity sold within that time period. – This is useful for checking if your own products are on this list, if they’re not you could always change the priority settings on your webstore. Also, it is useful for looking at the top selling products so you can buy these in bulk so that they are always in stock on your webstore and potentially get a better margin on them.

  • Top Selling Groups

This module shows you the categories and the quantity of units sold as well as the value, the same date ranges apply

  • Abandoned Baskets

This will show you the oldest five abandoned baskets on record, however if you hit the View All orange button this will take you to the Customers Tab > Abandoned Basket area. This will show every time a user logs on adds to their basket then leaves the web before purchasing, this is a great way to check on customers as you can see their name, company and amount left in basket. You can then contact the customer and then you can remove this abandoned basket but clicking the tick box then clicking on delete at the bottom.

You can always add more modules if you don’t see all the ones discussed here. At the bottom of the page is a green button called Add Modules, click here. Here you can select a data source e.g. Search Tags – choose a name for your module then click add.
