If you wish to change the status of a Purchase Credit to posted manually (without it posting across to your financial system)
Prima > Settings > Maintenance > Purchase Credit - Move to Posted
Search for your Purchase Credit Number
Click Change Purchase Credit status
You will see a prompt saying the following 'Please confirm OK to proceed. Proceed only when you have confirmed the purchase credit has been posted to QuickBooks
