Instead of Importing a new mailer each month for your Essendant or SPR price plans, you can import Essendant and SPR Matrices directly into Prima. This matrix assigned mailer will automatically import new items and prices directly from Ess or SPR as soon as they are released.
How to set up Matrix Pricing:
- Navigate to Publications > Mailers and select the mailer you wish to download the Matrix to (or create a new mailer if needed.)
- In the bottom portion of the screen, with the chosen mailer highlighted, select the supplier price plan and price type from the drop-down menus and click 'Save.'
3. After saving, the price plan and price type drop downs should be replaced with an 'Import Code' field, populated with your selected matrix. From here, click the 'Import Price Plan' button. This will import the suppliers' price plan directly into the mailer. (This process may take several minutes.) Now your matrix price plan is fully loaded into a mailer, and ready to be applied to your customers.
