Creating an advanced sales quote.
Advanced Sales Quotes are a great feature for those wishing to create quotes for furniture orders. Creating this advanced quote is similar to creating a normal quote but gives you the ability to add a little more information about the items and add locations, for example Office 1.
Using the NEW button at the top of the screen, select Sales Quotation, now you will see the set up your quote as you would a Standard Quote, however at the bottom of the screen, change your QUOTE TYPE to ADVANCED.
You would add your items as you would on a standard sales quote, searching on item code, changing prices accordingly, but you will also see now there is the option to add more information about an item and a location, so this for instance is where you would add Office 1, 2 etc.
You can then use the order tab to move any lines up and down that may not be in the correct location order on the report.
