Webstore Setup (do steps in order)

  • Pre-requisites
    1. Database set up (Must be on the latest version)


  • In Client
    1. Create company WSContol Company Multi Store
      • In Products and Pricing
        • Select Web store type – Prima Go V2
    2. WSControl Multi Store
      • In Products and Pricing
        • Add ALL catalog to publications
  • EDI
    1. Run to update web tables
  • Webstore Control Panel
    1. Style > Navigation Bar
      • Enable Shop By Category (tick box)
    2. Products > All Categories > Click into each in list > General > tick ‘in nav menu’ and save
    3. Contents > Banners > Selling Points (to add to nav bar)
    4. System > Settings > Products > last option change drop down to ‘tabbed’
      • ‘which attributes do you have open’ default for open filter – set to ‘type’

 

Multi Store - initial call

Direct feed from item info– etilize id that we got from etilize/sp determines which products are available to you

4 categories will become 6 on left, what SP provide

  • If want more, products> go to Products >home category – tick home cat, select an image on right

Additional products tab – sds, hyiene info etc

Reviews

Selling points – can have 4, we put these on as most dealers like them (show them what they are)

  • Rebates and offers
  • Returns – can put your text/rules/policy, form will be emailed
  • Quick Order
  • Deliveries – policy/text/special promotions
  • Show how to set selling points in banners

Coupons – icon to right of search- send link to forum and ask if he wants help to set up

Favorites/dealer lists

Mobile friendly, 3 clicks for an order like amazon

Modules>products>dual carousel

Modules>buttons – can add things like selling points – eg contact us button
