What are the 6 Prima Cloud Modules?

Client

The main front end of Prima where the whole daily order process can be managed, from quote to invoice

EDI / EDC

A series of scheduled/constant jobs running in the background, eg sending EDI purchase orders and sending invoices to QuickBooks. Please note: this always needs to be running on a computer/server machine.

Till

Touch screen module for walk in customers

Administration

Settings and switches for how Prima operates, eg user logins, EDC jobs, defaults for new customers

Report Designer

Where you can edit your customer forms, eg sales invoices/quotes etc

Prima Agent

Manages automated printing for Orders/Despatch Notes/Invoices/Credits
