SOP


1. Created new button 'Set Pricing' at bottom of sales orders. Multiple lines can be selected and clicking this button will give a popup with the selected lines in a grid.
2. the popup displays a summary of the lines selected only and allows a margin/discount from RRP/List to be applied to all the lines in one go.
3. POP up lists all the lines showing code, desc, unit cost, unit sell, unit list/RSP, Margin, Profit. User can enter a margin or discount and click calculate - new margin will be displayed.
 4. Option to 'Revert to Original Value OR Apply. All the lines selected will be updated with new margin/discount.


Companies


Companies - supplier tab: 
Default reorder weeks and default reorder history weeks have been added to supplier records. When set the value will be 'used' for all products that have 'reorder type 3' and '0' and '0' set.

Dealers can set values in individual products IF they want to use different values from the default.


Contacts Lookup Filter: 
1. Added tracking email Y/N/blank filter.
2. Added backorder email Y/N/Blank filter.


Contacts Grid Manager:
1. Added tracking email Y/N/blank filter
2. Added backorder email Y/N/Blank filter AND added update field for 'backorder' in the results update.


Webstore Control Companies:
Only allow webstore control companies to be set to V2 stores.


Stock


Stock Reordering phase 2 Improvements:
 

Added yearly use and average per month columns.
 

The weeks required and weeks average have been updated to show the default in the supplier record if the values on that supplier are '0'. note will only be used when 'reorder type 3' is set in the dept reordering.


When swapping supplier the min order and reorder multiple and 'qty to order' will be updated.


Reorder types are now used to define which type of stock reordering should be used. A new reorder type 3 by weeks based on x weeks of history is now available.


Navigating through the product will automatically default the depot the user is in and highlight the type and values set for that product.


Filters 'Reorder type 1,2,3' multi-select has been added to the products lookup.


Stock Check for ISG
Regular stock check for ISG has been set up - will work for those with account set up in the supplier.

Movements


Despatch Notes:
Sales Order line notes are now available on the despatch note lines. This will get copied from the sales order - but it can be updated in the despatch note.


Outstanding Receipt Notes - now allows delete multiple lines:
Multi-select grid - allow multiple lines to be deleted i.e. removed back to 'requires checking in/available lines' so they can be checked in later.


Invoicing


Invoice Available Lines:
Apply the filter include Pre-Auth lines - so that these ONLY show on 1 if delivered and 3 if on outstanding despatch note.



Reporting


External Payments can now be viewed in a Spread report with filters on customer, date, status.
Default is Complete payments for current month.


Email


Email lookup:
Date ordering has been improved to order the entire grid when clicking on that column - not just the 1st page selected.


POS


Delivery items from back office - not till pickup. When selected in pop-up the items will be disregarded as

till pickup required and will be shipped by warehouse (in requirements list).
 

Stock check for external suppliers - which also shows internal stock - same as back office.


View and add from history the same as back office.


Scan from card reader implemented for PAYA legacy only in US.

This feature also works in back office - with PAYA legacy as general feature on the popup.



Web Improvements


Sending additional information for positive pgnumbers (keywords).
 

Synching end dates on special offers / favourites – so that they no longer show after the end date.

Some image improvements – so that users images get updated on web and on back office.


When a web user creates a new contact - that contact requires a new web items list. The contact is now linked on creation


Bug Fixes


Added a check if that full quantity already exists - if part delivered or not delivered (basically a double check on quantity).


Sending emails without an attachment now works as standard.


Credit Card Payments - when set back to 'outstanding' the payment will now go to N and if the payment is status 'Failed/Expired' a new payment will be available to be taken via credit card.


Authorize.net - taking payments after expired date (usually 30 days) will set the external payments line to Expired and allow another attempt at payment to be made.


Payments on till (multiple) are now created as external lines in payments table (multiple) so that the payments can be tracked better.


In sales order summary tab, when bringing back an item with multiple units, selecting any of the other units results in the quantity being set to 0, which subsequently causes an error on save.


When completing manifests, any despatch notes that are not completed, will be hidden. However, the lookup includes these despatch notes in the line count.


Contact and Locations Multi-combos - drop down obscured + button on contacts classifications.


Company not being sent but reported as sent. 


When updating a prospect or company that has an @ code this will be copied to the financial codes - supplier and customer tab IF the value is blank.
