In Prima Admin>General>Cloud Services, Create a new Cloud Service,
Enter login credentials for HP Business Rewards and Save
Go to Automation>Auto Export, setup a new auto export routine for 1st of each month

Make sure the OWN company has the dealer’s partner account number (also known as reseller ID) setup. It’s a 6 digit number beginning with a ‘9’.

Once this has been setup, and the scheduled export runs, you will see a journal with the subject 'HP Export - File' containing the XML output with the information submitted to HP.
