Online ordering represents the future for your customers, and with your Webstore you benefit from a more efficient online retail outlet with clear pricing, high resolution product images, simple contract list browsing, ink & toner finder, plus much more…
Here you have all the information you need to help you get ordering with ease. Follow the links below for quick access to help you require.

Logging In
At the top right of the screen you will see the login button.
Click to login which you will be prompted to enter your username and password.
Once logged in, you will be able to view your Account by clicking on my account and navigating to My Dashboard
Orders – displays your order history
Settings – you can change your user settings
Addresses/Cost Centers – View your existing addresses and cost centers
Lists – Here you can view your favourite lists, contracts and top 50 products
Invoices – you can view your invoices and pay invoices
Browsing the Webstore
Navigation Bar
Use the Navigation Bar to find specific categories such as the below image looking at ‘furniture’ then you can choose a sub category for example desks or choose to search on all furniture.
Searching for products
Use the search bar to find a specific product using product code, description, brand and more.
Home Categories
Use the category images based on our Home Page to skip to a particular category for quickness and ease.
Viewing Products
There are 3 different product views
Grid View to see more products in one screen. You see the invoice description and product code. Pricing information and the ability to add to basket is available.
List View displays a larger image. You see the invoice description, product code and unit. Pricing information and the ability to add to basket is available.
Compact View displays the item description, product code and unit. Pricing information and the ability to add to basket is available.
Searchable Attributes Data – use the Product Filter to quickly narrow down the results to your desired product.
Sort and Show – Use the ‘Sort by’ to your preference
Viewing a Product
Product information is displayed alongside the image including product name, brand and description. You are also provided with a product specification.
Add to Basket to confirm or you can click on Alternative Products to weigh up your options for this product choice.
To view product details, description, additional documentation, reviews and alternative products, scroll down you can also add the alternative products to your basket.
Contract
Clicking on the Contracts button from My Account will open your contract list where you can view and add items to your Basket. You can also add items to favourites lists and shared carts.
You have the ability to drill down by Product Type from the left-hand side with your Product Filter.
Favorite Lists
These are saved shopping lists which you can manage and are designed for you to have easy access to your frequently ordered items. This effectively allows you to create multiple ‘shopping lists’ with numerous items so when logging in you can quickly add all items to basket and proceed.
Clicking into Favorite Lists will open for you to view your existing Favorite Lists and you can also choose to create a new favourite list simply click on Create Favorite List.
Clicking onto the highlighted Favorite List will open and allow you to view, manage and add items to your Basket.
The Cart
Clicking on the Cart button or logo at the top right, will open a pop up on the right allowing you to amend the quantities in your cart, you can then click on view cart this will proceed to take you to the Cart here you can see all of your options before you proceed to checkout such as:
- Amend or delete quantities against products
- Save your basket as a new Favorite List
- Empty Basket to start again
- Update Basket if a new Cost Center is selected
- Proceed to Checkout to carry on with your Order
- Add a coupon
Checkout
Amend any contact, delivery and payment details before going ahead with your order if necessary.
You are provided with further options to provide notes or add any voucher codes. An example notes could be ‘Please deliver to Reception’.
A reference, which can be used to query your order.
Once happy with your Order, Click ‘Place Order’.
If you are set to create Pending Orders, then one of your Team will receive a notification to let them know there is an Order to Authorize.
Otherwise your order will be sent through to us to be processed.
Orders
Clicking into Orders allows you to view your Order History. From here you can quickly view invoice totals and the status of your existing orders.
Date criteria and further sort options are provided where you can adjust the period of which you wish to view orders and in what order.
Clicking onto the Sales Order number will show you further detail such as items on the particular Order ID.
My Account > My Dashboard
From My Dashboard, you can view Order History, amend Account Settings, Address Information and more.
In My Printers add your printer to view what products such as toners are compatible with your printer.
Click to View Available Products to reveal the Compatible Products.
Other Tips for using your Webstore
Quickly navigate back to the top of your page rather than scrolling using the ‘Return to Top’ feature.
Shop by Brand
Click on the Shop by Brand to shop by your preferred Brand’s.
Home Page
Click on our Logo anywhere on the Webstore to take you back to the home page.
