So if you're having any issues with the prima agent not printing first, we would advise that you check the printer to see if the jobs are queued on the printer in question. Following this, a hard restart would also be recommended to help resolve this issue.
If this does not fix the issue at hand, then I would advise closing Prima/Print agent via Task Manager. Then follow up by logging the user of the Prima agent in Admin>Users. Make sure to log out any users in prima agent before restarting.
