• Please verify that the PC has access a printer and test printing an invoice directly the Prima client
  • Check if the has to the printer and test printing an invoice directly from the Prima client.
  • Check the system key enabled scheduled printing (admin > system keys > movements).
  • Stop the service on all PCs that had the Prima Agent enabled and log all Prima Agent users out in admin.
  • Open the Agent again on each PC and restart the service.
  • Always stop the service and log of the Agent before upgrading Prima, and start the service again after upgrade
