Prima can work with QB Essentials if you don’t want to send individual vendor invoices and credits from Prima to QB. Otherwise, the Plus version is needed if you want to send these.

 

You don’t need any of the stock functionality from the higher versions as stock is managed completely in Prima and most reporting will be done in Prima and Vantage.

 

You can always upgrade your version of QuickBooks later on if you do decide you need a feature from a higher version.
