Each Account Code in Prima must be unique per Company record.

If you cannot find the Company which already exists in Prima using the Company Lookup, then the likelihood is that the Company has been Marked For Deletion.

  • Go to the Company Lookup, select the Company Type > Marked For Deletion
  • Click Search

You should then find the Company, and you can either reinstate the existing Company in Prima by marking the Company Record as a Customer again, or leave it Marked For Deletion and amend the Account Code with a '#' or '*' prefix.
