When a company is created, the HQ location is also created by default. In order to amend the HQ location details double click on the location. 

Enter: 

  • Address lines 1,2,3 
  • City & State 
  • Zip Code
  • Telephone number 
  • Email and web address (web address must be real or company will not transfer to Quickbooks)

On the right hand side of the screen there are various delivery, tax and account managing options which can be setup at a location level.

You can also check the co-ordinates against the location in order for use in manifests.

Once completed select the Save icon in the top left or the ‘Save and Close’ icon to close the window.  

To add a new location and to save the HQ location select Save and new

If you create a new location a similar screen will appear, however there will not be a pre-set location code, and the field will appear in Yellow and is required to create a new location.  

Fill in the rest of the required information as previously stated for HQ.
