Customer EDI is used to send sales invoice and sales credit .xml files to a nominated location.


The setup is really simple in Prima, you may need to liaise with your customer's solution provider so they can map Prima's .xml to collect the records in to their system.


Open the Company record for the customer and go to the Customer tab


In the EDI Setup section


Select the Connection Type of Internet


Choose the Connection Template Prima OPXML


Enter your Connection Account (FTP user name)


Enter your Connection Password (FTP Password)


Enter your ConnectionString - This is the ftp address Prima will access with the ftp login details.


Tick the Send Invoice/Credits box and enter the route directory(folder name) where Prima is post the files on the ftp site.
