• Check the EDI is switched on and the Process to Send/Receive Electronic Mail is visible on the EDI monitor.
  • If using Exchange, make sure Outlook is open on the machine running the EDI.
  • In Prima, go to General -> Mail and Search for Sent Mail which is still in Status Pending. Double-click on the earliest email and when it opens check the To address. If the email address is incorrect, Delete the email. This will clear the queue and allow the rest of the mail to be sent
