To do this, you will need to setup default filter values
e.g. Click the status drop down and select the option for 'Requested' (or your chose search options) and hit search.
In the top right hand corner there is an icon that looks like a portrait of a person, 
right click this button.
Select 'Create New Filter Default' and name something along the lines of 'Requested' or 'Default' and then save.
