If you have no status set in the Requirements, all goods that have not yet been despatched will show in the search grid.
Items in the status 'Requested' are the goods that are on sales orders that have been authorised and are awaiting purchasing via purchase order, therefore we recommend that you set the default search setting to 'Requested'.
To do this:
- Click the status drop down and select the option for 'Requested'.
- In the top right hand corner there is an icon that looks like a portrait of a man, right click this button.
- Select 'Create New Filter Default' and name something along the lines of 'Requested' or 'Default' and then save.
Now each time that you access the Requirements, requested lines will pull through as default.
