I'm trying to Complete my Despatch notes but Prima is saying that I need to Complete an Outstanding Stock Take? Print

You cannot complete a Despatch Note if a Product is on the note, and is also on an Outstanding Stock Take.

The pop up will inform you of this when you try to Complete.

If you receive this message:

Go to Stock > Stock Taking

In Mode select Stock Takes (ST)

Choose the Stock Take Status - Outstanding

Click Search

Double-click on the Outstanding Stock Take

Click Complete
