1. Click on Movements on the drop down list then select the Customer Returns icon.
  2. Select Available Lines button and enter in part of the company account code or name in the search field then click the Search button under the title Company.
  3. Once you have selected the correct company from the pop-up click the larger Search button. 
  4. Highlight lines for return and press the Create Notes button. A collection Note is generated.*You can amend the quantity and delete lines from within the note once it has been created.
  5. Double click on the grid line, select the reason for return, if known enter the required actions once the collection is completed.
  6. If you wish to amend the quantity, double click into the line you wish to amend and over-type the existing quantity. To delete a line, highlight this line and select the Trash icon.
  7. To add an additional line to an existing outstanding note in the Header tab select the Available Lines button and then Add Selected.
  8. Choose the Return Actions: 
  • Return to Stock - Items booked back into general stock
  • Return to Vendor – Items put on a vendor return note
  • Gift to Customer - Items will remain with the customer

        9. Choose what customer requires: 

  • Credit Customer – outstanding credit generated
  • Send replacement to customer (You must choose one of the above. The action can also be changed at line level.

        

  1. To change the return quantity double click on the appropriate line. Change the quantity accordingly. Press the save icon.
  2. To complete the return click the Complete button and based on the options selected, the above follow ups will be action.
  3. To print the return, select the Report tab and then click the Print Report button.
  4. Select the correct printer and click Print.
