1. If you have selected Credit Customer when completing a customer return, a sales credit will automatically be generated.
  2. To view the credit - click on the Invoicing tab and the Sales Credits icon.
  3. Select Outstanding from the status drop down list, then search at the top.
  4. Double click on the sales credit line in the grid.
  5. Check the Credit Line values. *Pricing derived from original Sales Order*
  6. Change the status to Complete.
  7. Select the Report tab and click the Print Report button.
  8. Ensure the correct printer is selected and click Print.
