- If you have selected Credit Customer when completing a customer return, a sales credit will automatically be generated.
- To view the credit - click on the Invoicing tab and the Sales Credits icon.
- Select Outstanding from the status drop down list, then search at the top.
- Double click on the sales credit line in the grid.
- Check the Credit Line values. *Pricing derived from original Sales Order*
- Change the status to Complete.
- Select the Report tab and click the Print Report button.
- Ensure the correct printer is selected and click Print.
