The reason that the vendor is dropping out of the stock product is that the stock product and catalogue item are not linked. This is due to the PG Number in the catalogue not matching the PG Number in the stock product. 

In order to rectify this, you will need to discontinue the stock code by changing the product status to Discontinued, you will then need to re-create the stock code from the catalogue item.
