Yes, you can import your own alternative file, listing your own alternative products. 

1. Open Excel and create the following 3 columns:

2. Add the alternative code in each column so the altcode1 is an alternative to altcode2.  You can have up to 3 alternatives linked together.

3. Save the file as CSV

4. Drop the CSV folder into the Imports folder i.e. C:\PrimaV6\Imports

5. When the EDC is running the file will be imported.  If there are any issues with the file it will move into the Bad folder.  If everything is imported the file will move into the Processed folder. If the file format is correct but items cannot be imported, the file will be moved into the Errors folder with the Error text within it.

Please note: When linking alternatives together, the pack sizes must match.  For example: you cannot link a pack 10 with an alternative pack 20, they would both have to have the same pack size.
