When a sales order line is despatched, the cost pricing is updated against the line if:
- The item is allocated from stock, when the goods are despatched out the cost price against the batch from which the goods have been allocated writes back to the sales order. - The purchase order actual cost is different to the standard cost (e.g. the supplier writes back a different price on the EDI acknowledgment) when the when the goods are despatched out the actual cost price on the purchase order writes back to the sales order.
